WINBO RMA POLICY:                
1. All brand new products carry 1 year limited warranty from the day invoice issued unless noted differently.                
2. RMA items must come with the original packages and accessories; otherwise the items will not be accepted.                
3. No RMA will be honour without Winbo invoice.                
4. Winbo warranty does not extended to any items that are physically damaged, misuse or improper installed.                
5. Winbo reserves the right to charge $50.00 as service fee for RMA item tested and found non-defective.                
6. All RMA items have to be picked up within 90 days;otherwise the itmes will be disposed.
