RMA policy

It is necessary to obtain a RMA number before returning any merchandise to Winbo International. Effective January 1, 2004, all customers required to apply for RMA number by downloading RMA form. RMA numbers can be issued by phone and email. Your RMA returns may not be honored if you DO NOT have RMA number before your ship out returns. Customers should be responsible for lost and damaged for the RMA returned shipping. Winbo will only keep finished RMA items for 180 days. Winbo reserved the right to remove the items over 180 days.
